Additional event services with pricing

Engagement parties and bridal showers (services begin two to three months prior to event) - $300

Rehearsal dinners (services begin three to six months prior to event) - $400

Baby showers and gender reveals (services begin two to three months prior to event) - $300

Sprinkle showers (services begin two to three months prior to event) - $200

All include design services, budgeting, customized timeline assembly, a simple venue search and presentation if needed, RSVP management, day-of coordination, oversight of any catering, floral services, or rental items.

A detailed vendor option list of caterers, florists, rental companies and/or venues can be included for an additional fee.

Travel fees

  • Attendance in-person in meetings over 25 miles from zip code 23226 – 1.00/mile outside of business hours, 1.50/mile during business hours (9-5 M-F) (this includes attendance at venue walk-throughs, rehearsal, wedding day)
25% discount offered on travel if meetings are finalized 2 months in advance (discount is cancelled if meetings are rescheduled)
  • Events over 90 miles from 23226 will require compensation for a one-night hotel stay in the budget of $100-150 (longer upon client’s request)
  • Events over 200 miles from 23226 may require coordination and compensation for flying to wedding – determined on a case-by-case basis
